* Additional charge for floor plans over 4,000 sq ft. View size surcharges. Savings compare individual service prices and exclude the complimentary virtual sunset bonus. The $399 package comparison uses the $150 promotional video rate.
Up to 4,000 sq ft: no size surcharge. Over 4,000 through 5,000 sq ft: add $50. Over 5,000 through 6,000 sq ft: add $75. Over 6,000 sq ft: add $100.
These are size based surcharges, not cumulative. Neil will confirm the applicable charge with your request.
